Rabbi Torgmant has been Rabbi of the Jewish Community of Monaco - Edmond J. Safra Synagogue - since 2010.
He is part of the Conference of European Rabbis (CER).
He received his Rabbinic ordination from Machon Ariel, Jerusalem (2003-2010), and gained a BA in Hebrew and Civilization from the Inalco Institute, Paris, and a MA in Hebrew and Jewish
Thought from the University of Strasbourg.
Rabbi Torgmant is married to Deborah and together they have 4 children : Ychaï, Moshé, Adassa and Hillel.
